I'm having difficulty choosing between the different offerings. What is the best way to make this decision?

Can Dr. Mona be my doctor?

Due to the state to state restrictions of Dr. Mona's licensure, she has elected to solely function in the role of a holistic health coach, educator, and Human Design chart reader in order to support a broader audience with this deeply important care. Dr. Mona does not currently function in the role of a primary care provider, physician, medical doctor, provider, and/or nurse. If you are scheduling online consultations with Dr. Mona please keep in mind, she is not your doctor and therefore will not: write prescriptions, diagnose, write doctor’s notes/letters to 3rd parties, etc. This service is not billable to your health insurance (though certain HSA/FSA plans may cover some of the work).

 

What can I expect from my Educational health consultation?

During this consult, Dr. Mona can provide you with information about your work up, diagnosis, and treatment to-date, and educate you regarding available research regarding treatment approaches. Dr. Mona cannot diagnose your condition, prescribe particular treatments, or in other ways act as your physician/doctor/nurse via these consults. These consults should be considered educational in nature only, and do not substitute for proper medical care. Anything discussed during these consults should first be reviewed by your medical team and implemented only if deemed safe and appropriate.

 

Will Dr. Mona review my records prior to visits?

When scheduling a consult, you are reserving Dr. Mona's time during that consult only. While she strives to be prepared for your consult, she cannot guarantee that she will be able to review extensive medical records prior to your scheduled time. You are responsible for sending Dr. Mona any records that you would like to have reviewed during the consult at least 72 hours prior. 

 

Can I contact Dr. Mona between visits for additional guidance or urgent questions or concerns?

As Dr. Mona is not your physician/doctor, she cannot guarantee availability between visits to address any questions or concerns (except when messaging is guaranteed as part of a package/mentorship). If you are experiencing an urgent need, please contact your medical provider or go to urgent care. You are welcome to ask clarifying questions via email, however, any extensive or new questions will require you to schedule an additional consult. We suggest you schedule recurring consults in advance if you feel as though you may have additional questions, as Dr. Mona's schedule can fill up quickly. 

 

What is your refund policy?

It is my intention for you to be happy with your purchases from me. However, because I have invested considerable time and effort into all my offerings, no refunds will be provided for products, sessions, and/or laboratory testing. Please note: All sessions and testing must be used within agreed upon container timely. Any remaining will be forfeited without refund.
